MEET THE DIRECTORS

NAOMI DRAPER

Naomi is the co-founder and Artistic Director of GL4 CIC. She has lived on the Matson estate for over 20 years. Prior to GL4 she volunteered in the community for around 10 years. She is proud to be leading the organisation on its journey.

SARAH O'DONNELL

Sarah is the co-founder of GL4. After leaving her Organisational Director post in October 2024, she now sits as a general director for the organisation. Sarah is now following her dreams as a chef and proudly works at Gloucester Services.

HELEN TAYLOR

A mum of 3 boys, who likes shopping and eating out . Helen is a huge Harry Potter fan having read all the books and seen the films multiple times. She's been a part of the Matson community where GL4 is based for the past 24 years and have lots of knowledge of the area and residents. As a new director, she's excited to support and help GL4 thrive and grow.

LIANNE JAMES

Lianne has been part of the Matson community for the past few years and worked closely with a lot of the organisations within Matson including GL4. She is proud to have been asked to step in as a Director for GL4 and she is looking forward to working with us.
