What To Expect
One frosty evening, a week before Christmas, Little Robin washes and irons seven warm vests for the chilly nights to come. As the days go by, he comes across lots of cold and shivering animals, and kindly gives them his vests to wear. But by Christmas Eve, Little Robin is cold and alone with no vests left. That is, until a mysterious friend arrives to reward his kindness with a perfect little red vest.
Join us for this brand-new adaptation aimed at children aged 2-6 and their families. Using original songs, puppetry and integrated Makaton, our playful performers will share this heart-warming tale of friendship, generosity, and the joy of giving.
Based on the timeless Christmas classic by best-selling, award-winning author, Jan Fearnley.
Adapted and Directed by Victoria Briggs in association with Filskit Theatre.

We are encouraging people to walk or use public transport to this venue. If you are travelling from Gloucester City Centre, you can get the Number 1 bus to either Matson Recreational Ground or Matson, The Old Police Station and both are a short 2 minute walk away from the venue.
Customer information
This performance is relaxed, this means there is a relaxed attitude to noise and movement in the performance space. You are welcome to come and go in the space as you please. The Show is 50 minutes long. Latecomers will be welcomed, and people are free to leave the performance space and return at any time.
This venue has Ground floor level access, sloped entrance to the venue and ramped entrance to the performance space, 1x accessible toilet, baby Changing facilities available, ladies cubicle toilets and mens toilets. There is a car park to rear of venue and free on-street parking nearby. Please note if you bring a pushchair, they will not be allowed in the performance space, however we have a holding space where they can be stored.
