About the role
We are looking for a confident and creative Participation Producer to coordinate and develop our participation offer and young audiences.
This role will be responsible for the development, planning and delivery of this programme, seeking out projects and opportunities for young people on the estate.
They will need to work closely with the freelance delivery team, local community groups, arts organisations and visiting artists to ensure safety, quality and smooth running of activities. They will oversee the programme of participation activity, seeking out opportunities and producing the youth led events.

Salary & Contract
The role is offered on a 12 hours a week basis to be worked over 2 days (0.3 FTE), £29,341 pro-rata. The Participation Producer will need to manage their time and split their responsibilities between office-based work, meetings and being present at participation activities, including occasional cover of freelance staff. Some evening and weekend working will be required.
Due to the nature of this role, it is unable to be done entirely remotely. The successful applicant will be entitled to 12 days annual leave. In addition, GL4 is closed for 2 weeks in August for which staff are required to use their holiday entitlement and closed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year for which staff are not required to use their holiday entitlement.
All standard PAYE benefits will be shared by the participation producer in line with the rest of the team, including sick pay, parental leave and pay and employee advice and counselling services.
