Santa's Grotto
Come and meet Santa in his magical grotto! Families can book up to 6 tickets. Each timeslot is 5 minutes.
Food and drinks available to purchase on a pay what you like basis - CASH ONLY

Tickets are pay what you like - every adult and child attending need a ticket. Babes in arms are free if you do not wish to receive a gift. Please only book 1 timeslot per family

We are encouraging people to walk or use public transport to travel to this event. If you are travelling via bus, the number 1 bus runs from Gloucester City Centre to Matson and you can get off the bus at Winnycroft Lane where The Redwell Centre is a 2 minute walk away.
Entrance to the grotto is via the pink arrow.
Customer information
Entrance to the grotto will be clearly sign posted. Each timeslot is 5 minutes long, please note latecomers will not be accepted. Please be patient with the booking page, tickets are high in demand and may not load quickly. Waiting lists will be available to join, if tickets are cancelled you will be notified.
Venue Accessibility Information
There will be accessible toilets onsite which will be clearly signposted. This event is mobility aid accessible, access to the grotto area is via a slope. We are encouraging people to walk or use public transport to travel to this event. If you are travelling via bus, the number 1 bus runs from Gloucester City Centre to Matson and you can get off the bus at Winnycroft Lane where The Redwell Centre is a 2 minute walk away. There is a small car park onsite and there is free residential parking but please park considerately.
